Terms of Service / End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: November 10, 2025

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Sexy Beaches 1, Sexy Beaches 2, and related services (collectively, the “Game”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility & Adult Content (18+ Only)

By accessing the Game, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Access to adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Game from a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of underage use or unlawful access.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game.
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or commercially exploit the Game.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable law or this Agreement.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

3. Accounts & Security

Some features may require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Be responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or pose security risks.

4. Virtual Items, Currency & Purchases

The Game may include virtual currency, in-game items, or premium content (“Virtual Items”).

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual Items are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• We may modify, remove, or rebalance Virtual Items at any time.

Purchases are final except where refunds are required by applicable law.

5. User Content & Community Rules (If Applicable)

If the Game allows usernames, chat, or content submissions, you agree not to upload, post, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any law.
• Contains or depicts minors, or any content that sexualizes minors (strictly prohibited).
• Contains non-consensual explicit content, exploitation, harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Includes malware, spyware, or any harmful code.
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may remove content, moderate, restrict features, or suspend/terminate users at our discretion to protect users and the Game.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation/bots.
• Interfere with servers, security systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Bypass or circumvent age gates or access controls.
• Use the Game for unlawful purposes.

Violations may result in permanent termination and loss of access to the Game and Virtual Items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game (including artwork, characters, storylines, music, code, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

In all cases, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Game or in-game purchases in the preceding 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, these limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate this Agreement, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Game.

You may stop using the Game at any time. Termination does not entitle you to refunds unless required by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Dispute Resolution (Optional)

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement may be resolved by binding arbitration or courts located in England and Wales, as permitted by applicable law. Where permitted, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice in the Game or on our website. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
